I’m a non-executive board member in two Swedish companies, Reccan AB and Moroxit F AB.
I have a Certified Board member education from INSEAD and an Executive MBA from AVT.
I’m originally trained Export Technician, giving me both a technical and commercial
foundation.
For the past 11 years, I've held various directorial positions at Agilent Technologies, including serving as the Head of Global Pathology Marketing and being a member of the Management team.
During this tenure, my focus has been on pathology diagnostics, IVD solutions, and companion diagnostics, collaborating closely with pharmaceutical partners to develop diagnostic tests.
Prior to my tenure at Agilent, I worked in the medical devices sector, specifically in cardiology, anesthesiology, neurology, and CPR training mannequins, first at Ambu A/S and later at a startup company.
In autumn 2018, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, which abruptly shifted my pace from 230 miles per hour to 5 miles per hour. Agilent was incredibly supportive and accommodated my return in April 2019 by creating a directorial role tailored to my strengths.
In this capacity, I took on the challenge of managing Global Pathology Pricing, which was in need of attention, while also mentoring to ensure the Marketing team possessed the requisite skills. This mentoring role has expanded over time, and I now mentor managers at Agilent Nordic and the Site in Barcelona.
Since 2016, I've also served as a mentor in NOME (NOME.nu), providing guidance to eight different startup companies based in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. I find great fulfillment in this consultancy role.
